Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why Emuhaya Sub-County has not been having a Lands Control Board since 1919? Could he further state why Emuhaya Sub-County is not appearing in the newly gazetted list of lands control board members for the respective sub-counties around the country despite the Vihiga County Commissioner having submitted the list of the nominees for all the sub-counties in Vihiga?
