The Member for Juja (Hon. George Koimburi, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport - (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the status of Juja High-Point (Centurion) footbridge along the Thika Super Highway, whose proposed construction was advertised by the Kenya National Highways Authority through a tender notice on 24th May, 2022? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the timelines for commencement of the construction of the above-mentioned footbridge considering that the lack of a bridge in this area has seen many pedestrians lose their lives when crossing the highway?
