The Member for Mandera South, (Hon. Abdul Ebrahim Haro, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government: - (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why persons from Mandera County face challenges including selective issuance and long delays in acquiring important government documents among them Identification Cards and Passports? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary outline the measures put in place to ensure that issuance and renewal of Passports and National Identification Cards to persons from the affected county is done promptly?
