Omboko Milemba, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development: - Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why Emuhaya Sub-County does not have a Land Control Board since 2019 and why it did not feature in the gazetted list of Land Control Board members for Sub- Counties despite submission of nominees for Emuhaya Sub-County by Vihiga County Commissioner?
