Naomi Waqo, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration:- Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) clarify whether the perpetrators who attacked and killed Sereyon Lechepi of ID 4198497 on 25th April 2023 in Marsabit town, Saku Constituency have been apprehended and charged accordingly? (ii) state the long-term measures that the Ministry is instituting to enhance security and safety of residents in Marsabit County?
