The Member for Kitutu Masaba (Hon. Giseiro Clive Ombane, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain the efforts that have been made to apprehend the killers of Mary Moige Arita, a 14-year-old Grade six pupil at Ekoro Primary School in Ting’a, Kitutu Masaba Constituency who went missing on 29th March 2023 around Ting’a market only for her mutilated body to be found dumped in her grandmother’s water well six days later as reported in Manga Police Station vide OB No. 11/03/04/2023? (ii) indicate the efforts that the National Police Service has made to identify hotspots of crime within the Constituency and state specific measures being undertaken to deal with and eliminate all incidences of crime?
