Samuel Atandi, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) Explain why the proposed Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA)’s structure for enhancing the institution’s efficiency in managing the airspace has never been implemented since its approval in May 2022? (ii) Explain why the staff of KCAA have not had any salary review in the last ten (10) years despite the critical role they play in managing the country’s air space? (iii) State the measures the Ministry is taking to ensure that airspace safety is not compromised given that the staff of the Authority are extremely demotivated due to poor remuneration?
