Financial or procurement challenges affecting Special Olympics

Question

I would like to ask the Cabinet Secretary whether he has financial challenges or procurement challenges because, clearly, something is not in order. Lastly, I would also like to ask the Cabinet Secretary to assure this House that this will never happen again in this country, especially for the Special Olympics.
