Robert Basil, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Education: - Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why the Ministry’s policy does not include provisions for hardship allowances to Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) tutors in Yatta Constituency, despite their counterparts employed by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) are receiving such allowances?
