Jared Okelo, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) Provide the status of the ownership of LR Nairobi Block/125/21/57 located within Embakasi area and details of its acreage? (ii) Clarify whether the land position is indicated as “peppercorn” and if so, explain how the land was acquired including if payment were made by the acquiring entity as a standard premium and the purchase price paid? (iii) Confirm that the land has attracted compensation from the Ministry and details if any, the compensation amount paid?
