The Member for Alego Usonga (Hon. Samuel Atandi, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for East African Community (EAC), the ASALs and Regional Development: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) explain why Ngura Primary School and Community bore hole project in Central Alego Ward, Alego Usonga Constituency is yet to commence despite being allocated Kshs. 10,000,000 by Parliament in the Financial Year 2022/2023? (ii) elucidate why the Lake Basin Development Authority has not commenced the construction of the aforementioned project, nor have they given the status of the project to the community? (iii) provide timelines for commencement of the construction, given that three months have transpired since its allocation by Parliament?
