Gideon Mulyungi, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration: - Could the Cabinet Secretary – (i) provide the status report of investigations into the circumstances that led to the death of Mr. Benjamin Mwaniki Kathengu in his house on 8th January 2024 at Hola in Tana River County under unclear circumstances? (ii) provide a statement on any arrests made so far noting that the case was reported on 9th January 2024 at Hola Police Station under OB/NO. 32? (iii) explain the measure(s) the ministry is putting in place to ensure that the family of the deceased gets justice for the brutal murder of their son?
