(Dr.) Edwin Mugo, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Youth Affairs, Creative Economy and Sports: - (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why the Ministry is yet to respond to the request for government funding by Professional Golfers of Kenya despite it continuous efforts to work with the government to advance the sport? (ii) How can the professional and amateur golfers benefit from the talent development programme by the Ministry? (iii) What plans does the Ministry have to nurture golf talent in primary, secondary and tertiary institutions including establishment of golf academies and partnering with golf courses for access to nurture the talent?
