Robert Basil, MP) to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Health: - Could the Cabinet Secretary— (i) explain why Kenyans are required to register for the Social Health Insurance Fund despite formerly contributing to the National Health Insurance Fund? (ii) indicate how much money, in terms of contributions were in the accounts for NHIF and transferred to Social Health Insurance Fund? (iii) outline measures that have been implemented to ensure proper transfer of funds from NHIF to SHIF including a report on the progress of transferring such funds?
