Sensitization of cooperatives on new SACCO legal framework

Question

I would like to ask the Cabinet Secretary, now that there is a report of the task force that was looking at the legal framework and the reforms in the SACCO sector, have they sensitised the cooperatives on the new legal framework as the stakeholders in that sector?
