Local production of fertiliser to reduce imports and enhance food security

THAT, aware that the Fertiliser and Animal Foodstuff Act, 2015, provides for the regulation of fertiliser importation in the country; ... now, therefore, this House resolves that the national Government, through the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, work with local producers to develop high quality fertiliser tailored to the needs of Kenyan farmers and crops.
