Deployment of KDF to DRC under EAC Regional Force

THAT, taking into consideration the recommendations of the Departmental Committee on Defence, Intelligence and Foreign Relations in its Report on the Request by the National Executive regarding the deployment of KDF, the Regional Force analysed both the oral and written submissions made before the Committee, and appreciated the applicable legal regimes at the UN, AU, EAC and at the country level.
