THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Public Finance Management (Public Investments Management) Regulations, 2022, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday 30th November, 2022 and pursuant to the provisions of Section 24 (4) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, approves the Public Finance Management (Public Investments Management) Regulations, 2022 published as Legal Notice No.54 of 2022.
