THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Excise Duty (Amendment) Regulations, 2023, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 1st August 2023, and pursuant to Section 15 (4) of the Statutory Instruments Act, 2013, approves the Excise Duty (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 published as Legal Notice No.40 of 2023.
