THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Public Finance Management (Public Officers Medical Fund) Regulations, 2024, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 24th July 2025, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 24 (4) of the Public Finance Management Act, Cap. 412A, this House approves the Public Finance Management (Public Officers Medical Fund) Regulations published as Legal Notice No.195 of 2024.
