THAT, this House adopts the Joint Report of the Departmental Committee on Energy and Select Committee on Public Debt and Privatisation on the consideration of Sessional Paper No.2 of 2025 on the Proposed Privatisation of Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) Limited, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 14th August 2025.
