THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Public Finance Management (Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 26th November 2025, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 24 (4) of the Public Finance Management Act, Cap 412A, this House approves the Public Finance Management (Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund) (Amendment) Regulations, published as Legal Notice No.106 of 2025.
