THAT this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Trade, Industry and Cooperatives on the inquiry into the proposed sale of shares held by Holcim Group in East African Portland Cement (EAPC) PLC, to Kalahari Cement Limited, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 12th November.
