THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Public Finance Management (Public Prosecution Fund) Regulations, 2025, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 11th March 2026, and pursuant to the provisions of section 24 (2) of the Public Finance Management Act, Cap 412A, this House approves the Public Finance Management (Public Prosecution Fund) Regulations (published as Legal Notice No. 169 of 2025).
