Equitable distribution of public universities across all counties

THAT, aware that during the first years after independence the best equipped public schools were established in certain regions of Kenya to the exclusion of other regions... the Senate urges the Government to take urgent and immediate steps to ensure that there is equitable distribution of universities in the country and to ensure that at least one public university is established in every county in Kenya before the expiry of the term of the current Government.
